No prior experience with sound or facilitation is required. Just come with an open heart and a desire to play and learn.

Participants will gain practical skills in playing gongs and crystal bowls, and explore non-traditional instruments like effects pedals and synths, as well as incorporating other instruments such as vocals and drums.
They will develop the ability to create their own sonic rituals and effectively utilize frequency in their practices.
The training delves into the science of frequency, including brain entrainment and its impact on the mind, body, and spirit. The course's experiential learning approach encourages personal exploration and reconnecting with one's inner child.
Graduates often deepen their engagement in the field or integrate these techniques into their existing professions, embracing frequency work in a comprehensive manner.

I have been to many sound baths, but none touched me as deeply as Kimi's sonic rituals. Meanwhile, the desire to become a sound healer myself grew. So, when I learned Kimi also offers trainings, I knew she was the one I wanted to learn from.
What makes her an effective frequency trainer is her vast knowledge, passion for music, sound, and frequencies, and, above all, her warmheartedness and sincerity.
Beforehand, Kimi provided a valuable, knowledge-based foundation through her e-learning and workbook, examining things from both scientific and cultural-musician perspectives. This prepared us for more practical training.
Kimi herself has gained knowledge and developed her style over many years. She created a safe, experimental environment for us to explore during our sessions. We experimented with various instruments, starting with our voices and including electronic effects, gongs, wind chimes, tuning forks, crystal bowls, and more. Kimi's carefully chosen collection allowed us to discover our attractions and what we wanted to incorporate into our sound rituals. We reflected on our experiences, and nothing was considered wrong.
In our small group, we had ample time to play the instruments and get our questions answered. Despite the dense program, it flowed smoothly, adapted to our energy levels, with sufficient breaks, healthy snacks, and cooking facilities.
The space also significantly enhanced the experience: Kimi’s bright and arty rooftop apartment is a safe, inspiring place to learn.
Kimi's after-care is excellent: she provided shopping lists and offered help in our journeys to becoming frequency practitioners. In short, Kimi is a wonderful teacher, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from her!
