this class will focus on creating a space for intentions to take seed and grow. this session will include pranayama breath + slight somatic movement, but will focus primarily on conscious connected breath + deep intention setting and manifestation meditation magic.

if you are unable to make the live class, a video + audio recording will be sent out immediately after the class.

this is a great practice for those wanting to deepen their connection to the lunar cycle and the charge it gives to your personal power
