Blue lotus flower is a psychoactive plant, also known as the blue water lily and sacred blue lily. It’s been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years as a natural aphrodisiac, sleep aid, and anxiety reliever.
After sharing a cup of blue lotus tea, you will be guided through a deeply regenerative breathwork session, set to a designed soundtrack of monaural beats, powerful healing frequencies, drum rhythms, and live instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs.
The synergy of breath and frequency works in harmony with the plant, sparking the sacral energies of sensuality and creativity, and imbuing your body with a sense of deep restoration.

a e t h e r- an embodied breathwork class
the live version of this class takes place on january 8th, at 7PM CET + 10AM PST.
if you cannot make the live class, you will be sent a recording - both video + audio.
this embodied breathwork class will focus on transformation, inspiration, gratitude, and rest. we will use a combination of conscious connected breath + other pranayama practices as well as somatic movement and mediation to really connect with our inner voice, calling forth what it is that we truly need.
